2009 USFHA/Disney Showcase

Feb. 2009 - With a combined overall record of 22-4 (each team losing only one game), Jersey Intensity plays great hockey and impresses the many college coaches in attendance!

2009 Disney Showcase

Our two U-19 teams had a combined record of 11-2. Each team lost tough but well-played games against the eventual U-19 Disney winner - Canadian Adanacs. Jersey Intensity Black finished the weekend with an impressive 6-1 record scoring 17 goals and having 3 goals against them. Jersey Intensity Blue ended with another impressive record of 5-1 scoring 16 goals and also only having 3 goals against them.

The U-16 team also had an impressive showing with a 6-1 record. The U-16 Silver team scored 29 goals, the most out of any U-16 team in attendance and only gave up 2 goals all weekend. They finished in second place overall out of the 40 U-16 teams competing.

The U-16 team made it to the championship game facing WC Eagles where both teams played excellent hockey. Unfortunately WC found the net in the 1st half with the game winner. The team played together and showcased their skills brilliantly in front of the large crowd of college coaches.

Our U-14 Team featuring many new faces and players had a great weekend as well, improving and coming together as a team more and more each game. They ended up winning the Bronze Medal with an overall impressive record of 5-1 (scoring 17 goals and only giving up 2!).

Overall our teams scored a combined total of 79 goals and only allowed 10 goals in 26 games. CONGRATS TO ALL THE TEAMS ON A JOB WELL DONE!!
